Playertype missing in addon menu

For some reason, Iban's health modes player types(These cannot be found anymore. The link to it broke down.) cannot seem to be found in the addons when selecting a custom game.
The health modes were a shield that protected from all damage and regenerated quickly. The shield regenerated, but the health did not. The other one was a player type that rapidly regenerated health. The files in the folder were things like support_healthmode engine.cs and Player_No Jet Shielded.cs. The file names all have spaces in them instead of underscores. Could that be the problem?
If anyone wants to look at the health mode playertypes, I made a new link for it.

I suggest you delete that add-on from whatever website you uploaded it to before you get banned!

Can't edit posts in Help. What do you mean, banned? Failed addon? CRCed?
