HamHost Dedicated Blockland servers | New poll: More free-user features?

Incoming downtime tommorrow at 11:00 PM EST
There will be about 15 minutes of downtime on 9/6/13. This will start at 11:00 PM EST, and end at 11:15 PM EST. The hosting provided needs to upgrade a network switch or something.
Unfortunately, the VPS provider does not have a control panel for starting up, stopping, and restarting the VPS, so it'll take more time to tell support to reboot the server if I need to.

How can they not offer a control panel!? Even the cheapest VPS providers offer something such as SolusVM. Poor.

I now discovered that VPS customers will not be affected by the downtime. Only co-location and dedicated customers will.
