If so yes, easily, open the prefs.cs file and change the value.
Above 20?
Not so easily. It's possible, but really not recommended.

Also there was a reason i shutdown the server today if you put it back up atleast fix the minigame its nothing like what it was

Oh. I thought my control panel shut your Blockland server down for no reason.
I suggest replacing the Slayer gamemode with the latest version.
Even if it is the latest, replace the game mode.
