Without eval or pref changing online, you'll need to use FTP.

Steps:
(1) Shut down server
(2) Go to config/server/prefs.cs and navigate to the server password variable ($Pref::Server::Password)
(3) Delete the line, delete the letters inside the quotes, or change the letters therein
(4) Restart server
