Speed-Kart as a Mini-Game?

I'm wondering if there is a way to only have Speed-Kart as a mini-game, so people don't have to play it and can be in other mini-games.

It is, if you get a bunch of admins to start other mini-games and you make a bunch of builds just for each minigame.

The new gamemode system is horrible anyway, you can't add custom add-ons and you have to restart the server to switch.
There's a reason everyone uses Custom.
