Anybody know how to turn models into playermodels?

Since the one guy who made the models isn't making them player models, I'm trying to convert them over to gmod playermodels for my own personal use.
I tried it, but I got confused and everything, so I'm asking you guys to help me.
I need just the simon model.
Files should be here.
