I don't know how fast it is. My internet is being shared by 1-4 devices at a time.
I can still join most of the servers. I just can't see their ping.

Try re-installing Blockland then. If that doesn't work, try moving your cache.db file to the recycling bin and see if the ping is normal on the server list.
