there are males and females, and then there are things like "richardgirls" and "cuntboys" and herms
those are definitely less common in reality, and as far as the last one goes, often dealt with at birth
but it's still enough to make it worth having a separate word, even if few people use it

if you took a poll of all the people who say they were biloveual, and asked them if they're also attracted to those three other genders, "yes" would probably be in the majority

um. what? polyloveual has a definition. if it was an orientation it would mean the same thing as panloveual. but it's not
hell nevermind. can't remember where I saw it but somewhere there was apparently a wrong definition of polyloveuality. it's attraction multiple genders (more than two, but not all of them)
