Cave Story Weapons

How will you do that? I have no clue how to look at the game's texture files, models, and scripts. Isn't there a type of household-thingy that burns stuff from a cartdridge onto a USB?

For the models, you can just look at the Cave Story Weapons for reference, then make it blocky. Simple as that.
