What should I do with my ASUS TF300T?

I want to do something creative and unique with it such as installing a new OS or something random like that, I don't really want to play games on android or things like that, I have had this thing over a year so it does not have a warranty anymore.  It has it's matching keyboard dock if that helps any.  It has an unlocked bootloader so it can be rooted successfully.

Quad-Core

1 gb ram DDR3 SDRAM

32gb Flash Memory can support MicroSD if needed

HDMI out

And no I am not selling it to anyone or anything, I just want to know if there are any real creative and or unique things I can do with it.

download the Lego NXT controller app (may or may not exist, i think it does but only for android??)

build robot, (optional; build a dock for your device on the robot) and control the world (or house)
