Blockland is 75% off?
Altiris:
I honestly just think there isn't enough to do in this game, meaning the amount of servers available. Sure there are a lot of servers up but is there variety, and for how long? Whenever there is a new gamemode idea that comes out (rising lava, murder mystery, even TDMs) its very popular and the server is highy populated too, but after a week, maybe even a few days, the server just disappears and may end up appearing again sometime but the majority never come back on.
I think it's just the playerbase that is lazy (that or community doesn't spend money on BL servers like the MC community does). Nobody wants to spend time building things such as maps for other gamemodes or even setting up/configuring a server with a specific gamemode (myself included I won't lie, for the building part at least).

Back when exactly? Back when I purchased the game, the community was tiny. The player activity was only consistent because the community as a whole was so small. The player pool has vastly increased since then, so naturally the player activity rate will fall relative to the amount of players.
Even with what Kalphiter noted, unless that's a distinctive trend, it's more reflective of a short term trough than being indicative that the game isn't growing - which is what you've been saying

I couldn't believe it either when I checked Amazon! I think this game is worth more than $5.
Bisjac:
because all the stuffty mods you people are making dont add gameplay.
i honestly think if bl was stuck on vanilla, there would be more activity. building is 90% of the game. and it takes x5000 as long to enjoy then a gun or car.
people dont build anymore because the game is just a garrys mod now. its not the lego simulator that originally sold it on people.

Thanks, I've been needing to say this but couldn't find the right words.
You've basically just summed up my entire point.

Like I said before, I was talking about the player activity, not the quantity of the mindless player base. If none of those players have any creativity and just keep generating stuffty mods and stuffty servers, what can we even do for some real fun?
The community was wayyyy smaller, but it was way more fun because people knew how to make great content.
I wonder what will happen if this game goes on Steam. Maybe our player base will become at least twice as large and we might have a chance for some older aged (or young and smarter) players to step in with some ideas, I don't know.
