Pressing E makes me click

so when I press E it clicks instead. no idea why. even when painting is enabled. E is bound to paint in my binds. i don't have an external program doing it, because otherwise i wouldn't be able to type e's in any of my sentences. it's got to be a client-sided script of some sort. i think it over-wrote the function called for pulling out paint can, but i'm not sure. how would i go about pinpointing the perpetrating script?

This was added into the game over a year ago. It's default, although it should only happen when painting is disabled.

if there is actually a problem, try moving half of your addons out of your folder and check if it still happens, if it does, move another half and so on until you find it
if it isn't, then put the other half back in and so on

If your in a minigame and disable painting you can click with the paint key.
