In terms of functionality, I'd like a big inventory with stackable items too. Maybe a compromise of the two.

Great GUI Compromise

please elaborate on the "sibas looks bad" comment.
i agree with him and i don't feel an elaboration is needed

it is an eyesore. i think functionally it would be better, but visually it's terrible.

I don't loving know why
but apparently siba's would be impossible to make work right?
something like that
either way, we're gonna use Vaux's.

Vauxel: damnit brian
Vauxel: give more explanation
siba: *creek* *creek* *creek*
Vauxel: Something like
0xBRIANSMITH: what
REDACTED
Vauxel: "It would require too much revamping to implement a new system"
REDACTED
Vauxel: and dont you dare just copy paste that

brian why did you edit out your original post with "vaux wins" now i'm completely confused as to what the forget is going on wow

Well, it's reached that point in development where we need a little extra help in parts that we can't complete and/or don't specialize in.

For one, none of us on the current team can't build to save our lives.  We need someone to assemble a team of builders (or do it by yourself? idk) and fully construct a city.  If anyone takes us up on this job, Brian or myself will further guide you with better specifications.  For now, just expect to be building a city of around medium size.

Also, we need the help of a graphic artist/editor/designer to create an assortment of plantError images.  These images will be displayed on a user's screen when they can't place a brick, whether it be due to the brick being out of the lot, not having enough materials to place the brick, etc.

If you're interested in taking on any one of these two things, or you'd like to help in some other way, please shoot me a PM (or you can post it here to give more visibility to the topic).

Ok.  So nobody is willing to help in either of those areas?  This will be my last repost of this subject, but keep in mind that we're at the point where we need the community's help to move forward.  Without your help, CityMod will be unable to be hosted.

We have successfully found an excellent builder and an awesome Graphic Designer willing to help! Thanks guys!

Me and some [BE] members could get to work on the town, we recently got a massive amount of applications and new members.

I'm sorry, but another builder has already contacted us before you proffered your help.  Thanks for your offer though.

On another note, we have also found a Graphic Artist willing to help CityMod!  We're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it's really near.

Well 10,000 lines of code and Stock Markets are quite neat.

UPDATE: Roads have been tested in-game and are confirmed to be lovey.
UPDATE2: More road parts have been tested in-game.  See bottommost image.

On behalf of Siba, I post these modular road brick schematics.
He wanted me to point out that every color is a different brick to allow for seamless interlocking designs.

;-; Actual curved roads. Now if you get some ramp-like ones, and to build "inside" of them like ModTerrain, then they'd be perfect. I could create amazing cities and country roads with something like this.

I believe you can build inside them, might be wrong though

siba said "zapk build pizza parlor" and i said "no" and he asked again later and i said "ok"

so how does that sound for a farming system

Due to family matters I will be out of state and not able to work on CityMod for one to two weeks.
