I cant use RTB connect for some reason.

It's a lot more complicated than placing files in folders. I know how to do that. Could this be a problem? I found about 5 or 6 downloads of RTB mistakenly on my computer because I was impatient when it didn't load up right away when I clicked download.

Is RTB in a zipped folder? Can you install and use other add-ons successfully?

I think it is zipped, and no I cannot.

Search your computer for "Add-Ons." Tell us how many folders appear in the results.
