What's wrong with the Jail RPs hosted?

Well a lot of JailRP's lack good weapons to use (like grenade's, AK47's, snipers, and an array of other guns they tend to lack).

Obvious places where prisoners can get weapons easily.
Guard spawns and prisoner spawns very close to each other.
Having a small jail.
Yellow zone.
Having only one tunnel to escape.

unoriginal ways to escape
(getting keys out of the toilet, air ducts.)
having it so guards have to open the doors manually which takes like years.
