It isn't letting me upload my forum profile picture.

It is a .png image, and yes, I did check off "I will upload my own picture:" and it still didn't work.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

follow tutorial on how to refresh your cache or wait for your browser to do it, itself, your avatar is updating it, however your browser is not yet

Ok, I resized the image to 75x75, and before I pressed upload I did "CTRL+F5" and then uploaded the avatar and it still showed as if no file was chosen.
