No, you would use the AK-74M, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation service rifle. Unless you were formerly Spetsnaz GRU/MVD, in which chase you would use the AS Val or AN-94. There was also no warning for the Chernobyl disaster, and areas surrounding it were only evacuated after the reactor four meltdown. If your character was also 31 during the disaster, you would be 68 by now, 2013. I'm guessing as well since this is post-apocalypse it would be set in the future a few years. |
