The irony is that I'm 10(Turning 11 next month) and I write better than most people, kind of sad.

This. Why would you base it on age? I've seen TONS of 8 year olds that are more mature than 13-15 year olds. If you can write a decent app, there's no reason to disqualify them for being under 12.

Cons: Sometimes forgets things, Does not know how to use a tank, Not an Marine
Back ground:He was a expert at disarming miltary bombs as a teen he wanted to go n the miltary, but he was in a sas squad, after the Flash, He was injected a TACi in his blood causeing more strength,
After that he wanders the wateland.
Character: Has a Op.a Wasteland suit(Like fallout :-) Tac Ak47 on his Back 1911 on his lower right knee(Hostabfhfid can't spell it) as one Backpack full of food.
