OT: Uninstall v21 and install v19 if you really want to. Disable your internet before launching.

Don't you think I've tried that? I can't install anything without internet... I download the v19 launcher and disable internet, but it just brings up an error. :(

Best bet is to find a old installer and not to let it update.

I can upload a version of bl that doesn't update, but I'm not sure if this is allowed
