What can I do to improve my drawings?

I never uploaded this cause I thought it sucked, and it's a sketch anyways. But it's signed so do I win :p? Also can someone tell me how to size images in bbc code or w/e? I forgot how.

As for arts, we're only builders. We dabble more in 3d stuff and lego skills.

If you really want serious art discussions you should get in touch with tommy631 (Hawf draws stuff: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=176157.0). the most I can give you in terms of suggestions is tone down on the lighting because its pretty serious in every picture. also, the OP's face seems a little off, kinda like its in the uncanny valley

Yeah I suck at building on this game (ArnyUnit is a beast) so I draw instead lol. It's also supposed to be alien that's why every facial feature is angled downwards.

I do have trouble with lighting though, I really need to learn color theory as well. I try my best though :l

It isn't really a help thread, most people will continue to just post their own pictures because its an unwritten contest of sorts. Im just trying to get feedback
