When someone hosts a server they are allowed to save the build and have every right to use it.
He didn't claim it as his so this is fine, but if he did claim it as his, it wouldn't be okay.

Targeted Tezuni as a "ban test" without notifying him about the nature of the test.
Tezuni got pissed and banned you from his server.
Tezuni asks to be unbanned from your server.
You use the excuse that he banned you from HIS server, to justify your "Ask Kalphiter :3"

Am I getting something wrong here?, or is there probably a different, more broader reason as to why Tezuni is trying his best to compete with your server; by hosting the exact same thing.

Tezuni has never been to the server. I banned his BL_ID as a test. He messaged me when my family and I were at the lake, I got back to unban him and kalphiter and some others suggested I don't. At this point I saw he'd banned me from his jail escape, of course I wouldn't unban a friend like that.
