that's not it - They said it's coming next year, and it was 2012 at the time.
It's next year now, 2013, Toon Town is closing.

They were probably just saying that because this year is Toontown's 10th anniversary.

The thing is patched if you watched toontown injectings video where the html file came from he says its patched
