What should badspot add? Dedicated server hosting.
You would still be able to make the dedicated servers the old way.

A lot of the restrictions and features you listed make no sense.

Also, nobody will ever need 5GB for addons, let alone 60GB. There's a good chance that 10GB of addons haven't even been created yet.

blockland add-ons are really just not that big
even my huge bloated add-ons folder that's never been cleaned out since v10 before cache.db (it has tons of misc. resource files and a TON of music files) is only around 1.9GB.
