second chances dont exist on game lol. they only work here because your 20 bucks buys you 1 more chance, and you can try as many times as you want.
in game community unwritten rules are a very different thing. if you have a bad reputation, it dosnt go away.

there is a huge difference between slipping up, and just being a troubled person that cant be trusted to socialize with others in a proper way.

And Ephi, if this is about what happened on my alts, I'm sorry, I accepted being banned on those because I was out of line with the rules and I've learned from then, I can't tell if it's because you're holding past grudges or you're another one of the guys who doesn't like the 4Chan references, because that's not a reason to ban someone from your server, or at least in my opinion. So, tell me, which is it?

The point is:

If you don't want people to kick/ban/ignore you, then don't give them a reason to not like you.  If you're being a friend to people and being a total social mess, they will not want to deal with your stuff.  There's no "I changed" or "I think that ban was unreasonable, IMO."  If you slip up, people aren't going to care.  If someone started being annoying, I'd tell them to shut up.  If they don't think that shutting up is a good idea, I ban them.  If they spam me over RTB, I will tell them to not message me about appeals until their ban runs out.  If they continue to beg, I permaban them and block them.  This goes for anyone.
