Would it be possible to make a rollercoaster in BL?

I was thinking I could use terrain + cars along a "track" that you drive down to simulate a rollercoaster. Is this possible?

You could use chrisbot's trains mod I guess, it would probably be very jumpy though.

Hmm, what about using the platformer bricks with the rollar coaster playertype?

I was talking about using more of regular cars that you would just use to drive, I tried making one go straight up and it didn't work probably because of the fact that you can't go upside down typically.

How would I do that (sorry, i know im dumb)
Currently I'm working on one with simple terrain, its going good but i will def have to put up walls.
