Yeah. The last Golden Cookie upgrade extends the timer long enough for them to overlap. Getting a Lucky on top of a Frenzy was netting me 12 trillion cookies, and getting a Clicking Frenzy on top of a Frenzy was worth 312,000,000,000 per click.
