Joffrey's TTDM *Logo needed* Before I go on explaining what features this'll have, I'd like to say a few things first: First off, I would like to point out that I am not new to this genre of gameplay. I have played many TTDMs (mostly Glass's), and so I know what to do and not to do, so to speak. I am, however, new to the whole hosting experience. So I'll ask you guys in advance to cut me some slack if I'm not up to par with other well-known hosters. Secondly, I'm completely aware of the admin situation regarding regulating these types of servers. You guys don't have to worry because I'll only appoint people I know I can trust. Yes, this means that no point at any time will I accept admin applications. Thirdly, I have also taken note of how overused Tier+Tactical is and how little spotlight the other good weapon packs get. This'll be addressed with a simple poll, which I'll get into later. Lastly, I will admit that I am not a great builder. I'll need some people to build(eventing optional) the spawn/map/weapon rooms. Now that that's out of the way, let's move on! Overview: The idea for this server is to have a TTDM customized to the players wants, rather than having set add-ons and mods dictated by the host. This means that I will have a poll running for everything, asking you, the players, what weapons/vehicles/classes/mods/admins(maybe)/etc you want to see implemented in my server. I'm also aiming for a great admin team that can administrate my server with little amount of conflict as possible; w/o causing major arguments on the forums. Another area I'd like to score on is to have the server made out of as many default bricks/mods as possible, so the new people with no add-ons can join w/o taking too long. Basically, I want the player to have the best experience playing my server. Changelog: * (8/25/2013) Topic created. * (8/30/2013) First beta scheduled. That's it for now, seeing as all of this is preliminary work; nothing concrete has been proposed as of yet. I will keep a poll running on a daily basis, asking you guys want you want to see on my TTDM, so make sure you send me your input. |

So yes, basically we're just throwing ideas around for now. |
