Where is Rusty & Munk's HatMod?

Where is the link to Rusty & Munk's HatMod+? (Latest updated)
I downloaded this before but i dont remember where.
All it said was how to make a hat.
I searched on there forum but never found it,
is it on another forum?

Failbinned/Crap-onned, something in the code was inefficient, got screwy with the game.

repackaging addons with different filenames to work around crc, it's been done before numerous times with items like old mininuke. rusty and munk are working on a new hatmod that doesn't forget your server over.
iirc hatmod+ was crc'd because of the loops it frequently ran to see which hats you had which made servers lag for some reason

Actually I and a few others were having an issue where saving would crash the game, and then reloading the save would show that only the bottom half of it or so saved. So the file was ruined
I think that was the issue that it was causing, but they fixed it a while ago. Iirc they just didn't post the fixed version because there wasn't anything new, so it didn't seem worth the update
