Where is Rusty & Munk's HatMod?

Its sort of abandoned for now, I slowly have a nice arsenal of hat models building up on my computer so hopefully I (we) will get round to fixing it one day, but for now I have a lot of stuff going on.

I think the hatmod was my favorite mod... I really really hope a new one comes out relatively soon so good luck!
Edit: I literally just came to the forums to download it....... And I thought I searched it but I guess I just went to this topic... Weird.
