| Why cant I download VCE off RTB? |

I have been given links to it, but none of them work for some reason If you have a link can you make sure it works before posting. (That means testing it ingame) Also, would anyone been nice enough to include all the other addons that go with VCE. I did download it once, but when I spawned it randomly gave me this greyish bar at the bottom of my screen. Not sure if that is supposed to be there. |

This is like the 10th time I've seen a thread like this. Download If it doesn't work you're doing it wrong, I've used this since forever and it works fine. |
