I finished Neighbors, it said "chapter done" but when I got into the boss fight with Biker, I quit out of rage thinking that I would restart & continue because of a bug, but I can't. |

But it didn't work for me. |

Sounds like something which would have been patched a while ago if it did exist. By the way, Hotline Miami 2 on PS4. |
