so, when will the game release on steam?

will we have to get a key again? yes that's a stupid question.
how will it be on steam? the demo will be in demos section and the full game will be..?
do we have to "activate a steam product" then put the key in there so it can appear in my gamelist?
when will badspot be back and update the main menu? ( Steam? button)
