The creators of the Saints Row series realize one thing. One thing that makes their games amazing.
The players, when left to their own devices, are complete starfishs. They've made cheats, masses of OP equipment and generally kick ass stuff available to the player, on PC and console, though you'll still have to work for it.

I just figured that people would look at it a bit more, or take it a little more lightly, is all.

i would play 30 bucks to watch pedestrians gag on a purple carrot
