So you don't need to imagine what you are doing in an RPG? Interesting, those must be quite easy to host.

In my opinion, a good server can be pretty much anything... Even a family RP! It's all about having good and clear rules, admins that actually do their job right, a good and an original idea, a well-built map and something, that makes the server unique. If a server is bad it's not always the host's fault... Trust me, I've seen some really stupid people causing people to leave really good servers.

just in case anyone actually reads this topic; i did, it's being hosted pretty much 24/7 now

Even family RP or jail RP can be good if they are hosted well.
The thing is, they aren't
