Yes. I was asking because there seems to be a process called WMIprvSe.exe, which eats up all of the CPU for about 600 milliseconds, then it goes back down to 0% for 10-15 seconds. It causes bursts of CPU usage.
The only way to fix this is to restart the VPS. Since the hosting provider has no control panel, I will need to ask for a reboot.
I will do this today or tomorrow when nobody is playing on the hosting service's Blockland servers.

Yeah I felt that lag every 10-15 seconds last night when I was at the server with some others. It was pretty bad.
