The HamHost VPS provider said that the control panel is only for KVM servers. Unfortunately, I got mine just 1 week before they started using KVM instead of Hyper-V.
But they said that rebooting from Windows will work.
I will try to do that before the basketball tournament at 8 PM EST.

The VPS has been successfully restarted!
All Blockland servers are running. I moved autosaves to a safa location (in base/server/temp/autosave.bls).
And I have gotten rid of that WMIprvSe.exe.
