For something big, yeah.
But for something as small as a weapon, anything more than one person asking people for help on something if they get stuck is silly.

I don't know about you, but there are plenty of people out there who would download a client mod just to have a physgun look nice and function better

And there are plenty more people who are going to agree that a client-side add-on for a weapon is silly

Just so we're clear, I'm going to avoid you from now on.

You're going to avoid someone for.....disagreeing with you?

Anyways, the best way to do this would be to use static shapes only as a transition, replacing them again with fxDtsBricks after moving is done.

Well anyways, Ive had a model for it if anyone needs it.

Can I have it for another weapon that my friend is making?

It isn't just a weapon, it is a Phys Gun. Probably one of the funnest tools you would ever want in a sandbox game. Besides, why would downloading a client add-on be any different than downloading one gun so the gun you want works?

I know what it is, I just don't think a tool from a physics sandbox would be very interesting ported to a sandbox that has stuff for physics.
Having a tool to move bricks around would be good though

Oh it could work without a client-side add-on just fine.
It's only needed if you're going to be picky about the hotkeys used.
