They just joined and may not be familiar with the game and don't know much about Blockland and want to learn but people like you instantly call them idiots and discourage them.
I remember the first server I ever joined hosted by LeetZero where he tried to prove how little I knew about Blockland and that started my whole problem where everyone hated me and a lot of people like Operator still target / hate me because I was trying to learn the game and I got frustrated at people who gave me a hard time.

I hate having admins at all even though I have tons.
if I'm on my server I'd like to be the only one that manages kicks or bans

Step 2 to getting some respect in Blockland is choosing a decent name and not spammy
