How to begin on Blockland?

Freebuilds are actually a very great start, but your experience is dependable on the moderation or how people act in those servers.
If things get nasty in the "appropiate behavior" department don't be afraid to back out.

Adding to what Slammer said, if you don't like the admins of the server you are on, just find another one.

Make sure to use baseplates to build on. If you don't use a baseplate the admin of a server might think it's spam and delete it.
