Increase all event limits.

I have hit that limit multiple times, and while possible to split to a new brick, its easier to keep your stuff together. I have seen boodals go beyond this limit (and judging by marblez face im assuming he has already made something 4 it...)
Basic eventers wont hit this, but when you get into more complicated vce sometimes it takes more room.
