I don't really think you can hear wind in a sewer, but I could be wrong. I can't speak from experience.

okay.. umm the wall is hide behind something, when the player walk pass by wall and player hear wind something, I want give some a clue to player can figure it out, like a puzzle. come in my server and check it out and talk to me RTB.

You're only converting the filetype. It's not that big of a deal.

Yeah, you could get audacity, import the OGG(?) and export it to a WAVE(?).
