Steam In-game Glitch

When I wanted to play GMOD and I force quit it and I am stuck in In-game glitch when the game is closed and not opened. The only stupid idea is reset steam everytime when that glitch happen.


EDIT: My computer wanted to close it and It made the glitch.

have you tried checking if the hl2 and/or gameoverlayui processes are still running?
