Who should I side with in New Vegas? (Slightly spoilerish)

I'm at level 24, and never really decided on who to side with. I want the Brotherhood and Mr. House to be preserved, but I really don't want to wipe out Mr. House. Also, I'm not siding with the Legion, they're a bunch of starfishs.

That's me, I'm really indecisive. I end up thinking about decisions too much in depth and it takes me a long time to make up my mind.

You can avoid killing Mr House and save the Brotherhood if you side with the NCR.
Spoilers!: Mr House will die from Germs anyway.
