your speed totally depends on the population around you, they cap it a lot when high traffic goes through but i still get around 40 mb/s upload and download when capped

if you have nobody living around you and you're practically wired to fibre optic, then you're lucky as forget; you'll get speed close to something you'd get on a dedicated server
