I don't see what is funny with the video even without the aspect of 9/11.
It is just literally music + bots walking around sometimes with guns + two crappy towers that one gets destroyed/fakekilled after a flying jeep runs into it. If you are all so simple-minded that you can enjoy THIS, no wonder you don't care about it's main topic and how it is obviously going to offend a lot of people.
