Both impressions (views) and clicks generate revenue, but clicks are worth a lot more.

If you are banned for a week I wouldn't think it would be reasonable, people who pull stuff accidentally, like I have for my two bans, don't do it on purpose and are not autistic idiots who pull even worst stuff.
