I honestly don't care if it was Kalphiter or not. Ephialtes' corruption has really shown the past few days. I don't care if he's a forum moderator or not. His job is to enforce the rules, not break them then ban someone for reporting it. Same thing with the Lightbulbs ban. I saw it as an abuse of power. Unless Ephialtes knew that Lightbulbs had some sort of connection with spencer2015, billing address or IP address, he really had no right to ban the guy for defending himself. It seemed like he banned the guy based off assumptions though. My opinion doesn't really matter in this situation, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on Ephialtes actions as of late.

I never said anywhere or showed any sign that my investigations overrule yours. I simply looked into it because your ban seemed like an assumption. I also stated

Anyway almost all of these arguments is just people with butthurt grudges again someone. When someone points something out that is against a person they dislike, everyone else with similar views jump onto it like flies on stuff.

Usually if you false report you get your reporting abilities taken away from you. Not a ban.
(By false report I mean report a post that isn't actually a rule broken)

Besides this, there's really not much you can do.

Imagine the entire forums as an empire for Badspot. You do something wrong, off with your head. You challenge Badspot or his moderators, off with your head.

If you don't like it, the door's right there... or you'll get decapitated like the last two times.

I didn't take his word, I compiled all of the events that happened and came up with my own conclusion as to whether he was spencer or not. Obviously I was wrong.
