And how do you use them? --- End quote --- Static shapes are a type of object made from DTS models. They're inefficient because they have little to no optimization that can/has been done on them. Very old versions of Blockland used static shapes for bricks, and lag would begin at a fairly low number (i think it was just a thousand or so) depending on your computer, and with retail's fxDTSBricks, the lowest I've ever seen complaining start was at around 10,000, and the limit is 256,000. Again: --- Quote from: otto-san on September 15, 2013, 07:59:37 PM ---For simple structures, you probably won't experience too many issues. But staticshapes shouldn't be used for making an accurate recreation of something like GSF Vice City or maybe even Bedroom, depending on your computer. There's a reason we don't use them for bricks anymore. --- End quote --- |

If you could, i would like a tutorial on how to make static shapes, get them, and place them. In return, i will post a bunch of support_map maps. EDIT: Sorry for being pretty stupid and not really understanding. |

It wont let you join V21 games, but you can wallow in lonley nostalgia all you want, but we are going to move on. --- End quote --- |
