Looking for "LeetZero's Novelty Brick Pack"

So I went to this guys server and he had some pretty cool bricks. I asked him what they were from, and he said LeetZero made them. I searched the forums and google numerous times for this pack but couldn't find them. I'll provide a picture of the bricks in the pack.
