It's for interactive control over object properties in real-time without using console. It's useful for finding members of groups too. It does not load any variables from the server host and can not modify anything on the server host, you can only change your own variable values.

The mission editor was used to create or edit maps before the edition of V21. It can not be used on another person's server.
